Homework 5

Homework 5 is now posted on utexas. Here are two tips:

1. If a question asks you where a function is increasing/decreasing the most, make a graph and look at the slope.
2. If you don't know what an asymptote is, look it up on wikipedia. In general, it is a line that a graph approaches without ever reaching it.

Here are the class averages for the homeworks:
HW1: 91%
HW2: 84%
HW3: 77%
HW4: 88%

We started out strong, slipped a little, but started moving in the right direction on the last assignment.  Let's shoot for a class average of 90% or better on this assignment!
